📋 Payment Terms & Conditions

  1. No Refunds After Payment. All payments made toward the High Flyer Mentoring Programme are strictly non-refundable once processed. Please ensure you are fully committed before completing payment.
  2. Session Transfer. In exceptional circumstances, payment may be transferred to a future mentoring programme stream at the sole discretion of Young High Flyer Academy. Transferred slots will be subject to the pricing applicable at the time of the new stream, and any difference in price must be paid by the parent or guardian before the transfer is confirmed.
  3. Instalment Payment. Where an instalment plan is selected, the first instalment must be paid to confirm and reserve the child's slot. The second instalment is due before the conclusion of the third month. Failure to complete the second instalment may result in suspension from the programme without a refund of the first instalment.
  4. Spot Confirmation. Submitting this form alone does not guarantee enrolment. A spot is only confirmed upon receipt of payment (or first instalment).
  5. Form Submission Policy. Each form submission incurs a processing cost to Young High Flyer Academy. Please only submit this form if you genuinely intend to proceed with payment. Frivolous or repeated submissions are not permitted.
  6. Family Discount. Discounts for multiple children apply only when all children are enrolled and paid for within the same programme stream. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous payments.
  7. Programme Changes. Young High Flyer Academy reserves the right to adjust session schedules, delivery formats, or facilitators where operationally necessary, without changing the core programme content or its value.

The High Flyer Mentoring Programme is an exclusive 6-month, small-group mentoring experience for preteens and teens aged 11–18. Each group has a strict maximum of 10 children for deeper impact and closer connections. Every teens is given adequate attention and challenged throughout the programme.
The High Flyer Mentoring Programme is a sustained, 6-month relationship between a trained mentor and a small group of 10 teens. A significant part of the curriculum is also deliberately shaped around the specific needs of the children in each group, meaning that your child is not just another face in a crowd. This level of intentionality and personalisation is rare.
Absolutely. Academic performance and character are two very different things. A child can have excellent grades and still struggle with identity, emotional regulation, peer pressure, or a lack of purpose. This programme builds the inner qualities (the mindset, values, and life skills) that determine how far your child will go once formal education is done. Many of our most impactful enrolments have been children who were already doing well academically.
The programme is designed for preteens and teenagers aged 11 to 18. This covers JSS 1 through SSS 3 in the Nigerian school system. These are the most critical years for identity formation, values development, and habit building. The earlier your child begins, the stronger the foundation they carry into adulthood.
Both plans cover exactly the same 12 sessions and full programme content. There is no difference in quality or depth. The only distinction is scheduling. The Day Students Plan is timed for children who go home after school. The Day & Boarding Plan sessions are scheduled at times accessible for both day and boarding school students, ensuring no child misses out regardless of their school arrangement.
This is intentional and non-negotiable. With only 10 teens per group, the mentor can genuinely know each child, especially with their personality, their struggles, their strengths, and their specific needs. It creates a safe, intimate environment where teens feel comfortable opening up, and it allows a significant portion of the curriculum to be tailored to the unique mix of young people in that group. This is what makes the programme truly transformational.
The investment is ₦300,000 per child. Family discounts apply when you enrol more than one child — 2 children at ₦570,000, 3 children at ₦855,000, and 4 children at ₦1,000,000. There are three payment options available: Full Payment (pay once and you're done), 2-Instalment Payment (split into two manageable payments), and Book Now & Pay Later (reserve the spot and our team contacts you within 24 hours via WhatsApp to complete payment).
The first instalment is paid at registration and secures your child's spot. The second instalment is due before the commencement of the third month of the programme. Our team will remind you in advance. Please note: failure to complete the second instalment before the beginning of the third month may result in suspension from the programme without a refund of the first instalment paid.
There are no refunds after payment, as spots are strictly limited and reserving a slot prevents another child from joining. If your child misses a session, please notify us in advance via WhatsApp. Depending on the nature of the session, arrangements may be made to help your child catch up on key content. However, consistent attendance is strongly encouraged. The programme is built sequentially, and each session builds on the last. At the end of the programme, your child will have: a completed Student Mentoring Workbook packed with personal reflections and strategies, a Personal Vision & Life Plan they created for themselves, a Certificate of Completion from Young High Flyer Coaching Academy, and continued access to the YHF Parent & Mentee Community. More than any of these, they will carry the mindset, habits, and character built across 6 months of intentional mentoring.
