The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

Books, workbooks, or cards that have been used, written on, or unsealed.

Digital products (e.g., downloadable or online materials), once delivered.

Free gifts or bonus items included with your purchase.
3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, a replacement will be made within 3-5 days. If a refund is preferred, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original method of payment.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless the error was on our side (wrong or damaged product).
