How are the coaching sessions conducted?

Each session will be facilitated live via a secure online platform for a maximum of one hour per session. The coaching sessions will be interactive. and reviews. Our coach will engage with your child through video conferencing through an agreed-upon flexible format

Is the coaching fee refundable once payment is made?

No, all payments are non-refundable. Once payment is made and your slot is secured, we begin tailored preparations for your child, as we have limited slots for coaching each month.

Why is the fee non-refundable?

Your payment secures your child’s spot in a limited coaching schedule per month. As such, fees are non-refundable to ensure commitment and to protect the value of the service provided.

What happens if we miss or need to reschedule a session?

We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate a new time. However, repeated cancellations or missed sessions without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the session.

Can we pause the coaching and resume later?

Sessions are expected to be completed within two months from the date of the first session. Pausing for extended periods affects your child’s progress and consistency. We recommend committing to the agreed schedule as closely as possible, except on serious grounds such as health or other closely related reasons.

What is the guarantee that my child will enjoy the sessions?

This is unlikely, even though we are not promising the world. We encourage open communication. Every effort is made to create a safe, engaging, and positive experience for your child. We welcome feedback early, so that we can make necessary adjustments to better meet your child’s needs.
